What To Expect

❋ 6 Hours of Video Coverage

I use two Canon cameras during filming. One is mounted on my Gimbal that I carry around with me throughout the day, ensuring close-up, energetic footage. The other is set up on a tripod during the ceremony and speeches, doubling as a backup audio system.

❋ Professional Audio Recording

For my main audio system, I use a field recorder that plugs directly into the DJ’s system, ensuring clear audio straight from the mic itself. As a backup, I attach RODE mics to whoever is speaking to receive clear, in camera audio.

❋ Full Ceremony Edit

To have and to hold, this edit is exclusively your ceremony from start to finish. This is the perfect way to share your ceremony with those who couldn’t make it, as well as having your vows for future listens.

❋ Highlight Film

All the best moments caught on film, combined into one incredible video, highlighting your day. From getting ready, to saying ‘I Do’, to tearing it up on the dance floor, relive those top tier moments again and again.

❋ Documentary Style Feature Film

Relive every detailed moment of your day, raw and unfiltered. Featuring in camera audio and soft background music, this film will combine every piece of footage I capture during your day into your very own full length film! See your story unfold naturally, in real time, and watch the ‘behind the scenes’ moments you missed during the day.

❋ Toast & First Dance Edit

This edit provides detailed footage from both cameras combined with audio from your reception speeches and first dances. Enjoy the kind words of your friends and families overlaid onto gorgeous footage of you and your partner dancing with each other, and with respective parents. This is a great addition to the full ceremony edit!

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
